First, schedule a call to talk with our team. We’ll answer any questions and make sure the service is a good fit for you. Then when you’re ready to move forward we’ll send an invoice, and once that’s paid the project will get started. Here’s how projects work:
1. Project kickoff 👟
During the kickoff we’ll get to know your product and your users and identify the best metrics to send in your automated email reports.
2. Email tool setup 📧
Next, we’ll make sure your email tool is setup and ready to go. This might mean setting up a new email tool for you, or setting up a new space in your existing email tool.
3. Design and build email template 🎨
Then, we’ll design and build your email. You can make as many revisions as you need! If you already have existing email designs, we’ll make sure to match those.
4. Build automation 🏗️
After we’ve got your email template, we’ll get access to your codebase and set up the automations necessary to pull the data for the report and schedule the reports. Or, we can deliver an automation script and your development team can implement it themselves.
5. Ship your automated email reports! 🚀
Last, we’ll ship your automated email reports! And just like that, your buyers will be in the loop and you’ll be ready to start reaping the benefits.
